4. Subscriptions and Payments


Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Prices and subscription terms may change at any time. Changes will not affect active subscription periods.



5. User Content


You retain ownership of any drawings or content you create using the App.

By using the App, you grant Tappa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use anonymized usage data solely for improving the App, analytics, and performance optimization.

We do not claim ownership of your personal creative work.



6. Acceptable Use


You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the App’s source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or security
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property


All content, features, designs, logos, and software within the App (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of Tappa and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.



8. Disclaimer


The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available or error-free
• Drawings created using the App will meet any specific expectations or results

9. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tappa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.



10. Termination


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that may cause harm.



11. Changes to These Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.



12. Governing Law
